Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you jump in.

Fun, safely. Obstacles, balance, races, challenges: from age 7 for anyone who can swim, children aged 7 to 9 accompanied by an adult. Buoyancy aid provided and compulsory, park supervised by lifeguards.

Before you come

Are life jackets compulsory?

Yes. Buoyancy aids are compulsory; they are provided and included in the price.

Is it sturdy?

Very! The park is built for dozens of players at a time and a whole season of jumps and slides. The modules meet the European standard for floating equipment and our lifeguards supervise every session. The technical details are on our home page, in the safety section.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 7. Children aged 7 to 9 must be accompanied by at least one adult on the inflatable structures. The aquapark is for adults as much as for children.

Do I need to be able to swim?

Yes. You need basic swimming skills and to be comfortable out of your depth. You will very probably put your head under water.

Do I need to book in advance?

Not for individual visitors. We recommend booking for groups of more than 10 people, especially at peak times. Bookings are subject to availability.

During the session

Can I end my session early?

Yes, you can leave the session at any time to rest. You can only go back on the course during the same session: remaining time cannot be carried over.

Can I come with people who are not taking part?

Of course. They can relax on the beach next door. Only people taking part in the activity pay.

Can I wear glasses on the course?

Prescription glasses: we strongly advise against it, the risk of losing or breaking them is real and you wear them at your own risk. Swimming goggles: possible, but rarely useful, and they can even get in the way.
